Turning Admin functions ON/OFF

Feature ON/OFF allows you to customise your proposition. You can choose the feature you want to offer your end clients based on their business model and service types.

This can be configured per client type, meaning it cannot be customised for a specific client. Prior to this configuration, you must share the features you want to enable for the portals with Toqio's internal team.

ON/OFF Features

Currently, the following features can be switched:

Billing features

Billing: once turned off, end clients won't be charged fees or see any information regarding pricing on the portals; admin users will be unable to set up billing for their end clients.

Card: once turned off, the end clients won't be able to see or access this section.

Public registration form: once turned off, the registration button on the login page will be hidden.

Advance invoicing: once turned off, the end clients won't be able to see or access this section.

Reverse factoring: once turned off, the end clients won't be able to see or access this section.

FX payments: once turned off, the end client can only select the same currency destination account when making a payment.

Transactions export: once turned off, the end clients won't be able to see or access this section.

Multi-accounts: once turned off, the end clients can only open one account. ⚠️ Multi-account cannot be turned off once it's enabled ⚠️

Expenses: although a toggle is displayed, expenses cannot be turned off for Merchant's portal because the current dashboard displays heavy information on expenses; the portal will break if the feature is turned off.

  • Enable manual expenses: when OFF, the end client won't be able to see or access the 'Add manual expense' action.

Mandatory MFA in website: once turned off, clients will no longer be required to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) at every login on the Merchant's portal
