Once a fee model is created, the Client and User fees and their collection methods (First Day / Event Day) cannot be changed. You can assign a new default fee model or update the model for a specific Merchant, but fees already charged using previous models will not be recalculated between models.
Re-enabling users or merchants does not automatically recreate Event Day fees. If needed, you may update the billing model at the Client level to trigger future fees.
