Make info. public/private

A billing model can be public or private; making a billing model public means that this model will be visible to the public on the 'Pricing' page.

To do so, select the 'Make public' button, then select 'Confirm' on the confirmation modal.

On the contrary, to make it private select the 'Make private' button.
