End-client freeze

The Freeze Client action can be performed through either the admin portal or the public API. To freeze a client, follow these steps:

Using the Admin Portal:

Log in to the admin portal.

  1. Navigate to the client details page for the desired client.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  3. Click the "Freeze" button.
  4. A confirmation modal will appear:
  5. Enter a reason for freezing the client.
  6. Click the "Accept" button.

The client will be successfully frozen.

Note: Once a client is frozen, all users belonging to that client will lose access to the platform until the client is unfrozen.
