End-client freeze
The Freeze Client action can be performed through either the admin portal or the public API. To freeze a client, follow these steps:
Using the Admin Portal:
Log in to the admin portal.
- Navigate to the client details page for the desired client.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Click the "Freeze" button.
- A confirmation modal will appear:
- Enter a reason for freezing the client.
- Click the "Accept" button.
The client will be successfully frozen.
Note: Once a client is frozen, all users belonging to that client will lose access to the platform until the client is unfrozen.
