Organisation type

The Organisation Type field is used to classify different kinds of legal structures or organisational forms involved in financial transactions.

Here is a list of supported Organisation Types:

SOLE_TRADER: Represents a self-employed individual who owns and operates a business, assuming full responsibility for its assets and liabilities.
LIMITED: Denotes a private limited company in which the owners' liability is limited to their shareholdings.
PARTNERSHIP: Refers to a business entity owned by two or more individuals who share liability and management responsibilities.
CHARITY: Indicates a non-profit organisation focused on philanthropic or social well-being activities.
PUBLIC_LIMITED: Identifies a publicly traded company that can sell shares to the public, with owners' liability limited to their shareholdings.
ASSOCIATION: Represents an organisation formed by individuals with a common interest or goal, often not-for-profit.
SUPPORT_GROUP: Identifies an organisation that provides assistance, guidance, or resources to members with shared experiences or challenges.
NON_REG_PARTNERSHIP: Signifies a partnership between two or more individuals without formal registration.
NOT_YET_REGISTERED: Indicates an organisation that has not completed its registration process with relevant authorities.
REGISTERED: Signifies an organisation that has successfully completed its registration process with relevant authorities.
NON_REGISTERED: Identifies an organisation that does not have an official registration with relevant authorities.
